goal-kick
The keeper is allowed to make a goal-kick or throw the ball with his hands to a player. At least one other player must play the ball after a goal-kick, before the ball has crossed the centerline. If not, the other team gets a free kick at this place where the centerline has been crossed by the ball.

goalkeeping
The keeper may not leave his own half of the field, except for the execution of a penalty.

substitution
„Flying substitution“ is possible, after a player left the field. Replaced players are allowed to play again later in the same match. In case of a substitution fault (especially if the new player enters the field before the replaced player left it) the match will be interrupted. The referee can give a time-penalty even without a previous foul. The player must leave the field for a time of 2 minutes or until the next goal of the opposing team was scored. The only way to bring the player back into the match erlier, is when the opposing team scores a goal. The player with the shortest time-penalty left is the first to come back. Players with time-penalty must stand near the tournament officials desk, so the officials can overview the penalty. There is no interruption of the match needed for the player to enter the field again after a time-penalty. If a goal keeper gets a time-penalty, he will be seen as a field player – after he came back in the match – till the next intermission.

decisions
The winner of a match gets 3 points, the loser gets 0 points. If a match ended in a tie, both teams get 1 point. At the end of the group matches the goal difference applies about the rank when 2 teams have the same amount of points. When there also is a tie in the goal difference, the direct match comparison applies. If there also is no winner determinable, a penalty kick session will be applied to decide.

rules for a penalty kick decision
The referee appoints the goal, where the penalty kick-session happens. The decision will be made through a coin. The winning team has to decide if they will be the beginning team or not. In both teams the number of players and subsitutes have to be equal at the  penalty kick-session. The goal keeper is changeable through every player of the same team. All players will stay at the centerline during the penalty kick decision, except the scorer and the goal keeper. Only the players of this two teams and the referee are at the field, nobody else. Every team has 3 shots. These shootings taking place in rotation: 1st team, 2nd team, 1st team, 2nd team … When a team has scored more goals than the other after these 3 shots, the match ends. When no team has more goals after these first 3 shots, the penalty kick session continues in the same arrangement until one team has more goals than the other. Every shot must be scored by a different player. All players of one team must have shot a penalty before the order restarts anew. If a penalty has to be repeated the same player has to score it.
