Audience and players must follow the orders of the referee and the tournament officials. Contravention against the regulations may cause disqualification from the tournament.
Number of players and equipment
There are 5 football players (4 field players and a goal keeper) in a team. Equipment/Jerses must be differnt from the opponent team. The team named 2nd is responsible for that. The goal keeper must have an individual, specifiable jersey. Each player has to wear shinguards.
The team named 1st has to do the kick-off. You may score a goal directly after the kick-off.
Substitions have to take place behind the own goal. „Flying substitution“ is possible, after a player left the field behind to own goal. Replaced players are allowed to play again later in the same match. In case of a substitution fault (more than 5 players, wrong place of substitution) the match will be interrupted. The other team then gets an indirect free kick at the place where the ball was when the fault happened. In case there have been more than 5 players on the field or a substitution fault happend, tehere will be a 2 minutes penalty against the team.
There is no offside rule in this tournament.
play back to goal keeper
If someone plays the ball back to the keeper purposely, the keeper must not take the ball in his hands. If he does so, the other team gets an indirect free kick at the place, the incident happened, but at least in 3m distance to the goal.
The keeper is allowed to make a goal-kick or throw the ball with his hands to a player. At least one other player must play the ball after a throw-out before the ball has crossed the centerline. This is also the case, if the goalkeeper drops the ball to the ground and plays it by foot. If not, the other team gets a free kick at this place where the centerline has been crossed by the ball.
The keeper may not leave his own half of the field, except for the execution of a penalty.
Sliding tackles in direction of an opponent player are not allowed!
Free kicks are indirect. It is not allowed to score directly. All players have to be at least 3 meters away from the point of free kick. In case a free kick is shot into the opponents goal, the match will be continued by a goal-kick from the penalty area. If a free kick is played into the own goal, there is free kick for the opponent team from the corner of the pitch. An indirect free kick following the rules of the german FA DFB (like lack of sportmanship) will be put back to the closest penalty area line.
When a foul or a handball happens within the penalty area, the referee will decide for a penalty kick. The distance is 7 meters. Only one player scoring the penalty and the goal keeper are allowed in the penalty area, other players must be outside of the penalty area, behind the ball and in at least 3 meter’s distance.
The referee can give following personal penalties:
- a time-penalty of 2 minutes
- total penalty
A time penalty may only be given once per player. Following a 2 minutes time penalty will be a total penalty.
The player must leave the field for a time of 2 minutes. The only way to bring the player back into the match erlier, is when the opposing team scores a goal. The player with the shortest time-penalty left is the first to come back. There is no interruption of the match needed for the player to enter the field again after a time-penalty, but the player needs the permission of the referee. If a goal keeper gets a time-penalty, he will be seen as a field player – after he came back in the match – till the next intermission.
A player, who got a total penalty is eleminated for the match. His team has to finish the game with one player less. This penalty will be noted in the team list. The player will be banned for at least one other match or even more. The decision is up to the tournament officials and the referee.
The winner of a match gets 3 points, the loser gets 0 points. If a match ended in a tie, both teams get 1 point. At the end of the group matches the goal difference applies about the rank when 2 teams have the same amount of points. When there also is a tie in the goal difference, the direct match comparison applies. If there also is no winner determinable, a penalty kick session will be applied to decide.
rules for a penalty kick decision
The referee appoints the goal, where the penalty kick-session happens. The distance is 7 meters. The decision will be made through a coin. The winning team has to decide if they will be the beginning team or not. In both teams the number of players and subsitutes have to be equal at the penalty kick-session. The goal keeper is changeable through every player of the same team. All players will stay at the centerline during the penalty kick decision, except the scorer and the goal keeper. Only the players of this two teams and the referee are at the field, nobody else. Every team has 3 shots. These shootings taking place in rotation: 1st team, 2nd team, 1st team, 2nd team … When a team has scored more goals than the other after these 3 shots, the match ends. When no team has more goals after these first 3 shots, the penalty kick session continues in the same arrangement until one team has more goals than the other. Every shot must be scored by a different player. All players of one team must have shot a penalty before the order restarts anew. If a penalty has to be repeated the same player has to score it.
We are looking forward to a fun tournament. Fair Play is a fundamental part of the tournament, so play fair!
